ANDREA HOUSE is a 4-bedroom detached house set within a warm and friendly home environment. The house is well presented, highly maintained, well-equipped, and continually reviewed to ensure high standards are kept throughout the accommodation.
A 4-bedroom freehold semi-detached house within a quiet and safe vicinity. It has three (3) good-sized bedrooms upstairs and a one-bedroom (1) ensuite disability accessible downstairs bedroom. It also comes with a downstairs open plan kitchen and a lounge/diner room, back garden, downstairs visitors’ toilet and one upstairs shower/bathroom. It also comes with three (3) off-road car parking spaces including a disabled parking bay.
Each resident service user is allocated an individual furnished bedroom themed to their taste and choice. The rooms consist of a bed, wardrobe, bed-side drawers along with full access to the house and all its facilities. Andrea House has a communal area, activity room, staff sleep-in room and office, a front and back garden for outdoor activities. The property is in close proximity to the local town centre, shopping centres, local transport links, gym, schools, library and other leisure facilities.
The property comes with TV in the communal area, unlimited WI-FI, secure premises, and double-glazed windows.
