Recruitment process

Application & Screening

Applicants complete our form and upload an updated CV, which are screened to shortlist candidates who meet the basic requirements.

Interviews

Reference Checks

References from previous employers or character references may be requested.

Pre-employment Checks

Selection & Offer

Based on the interview and checks, the recruitment team selects the most suitable candidate and extends a job offer.

Induction & Training

Once the offer is accepted, the new carer undergoes induction training, which may cover company policies, safeguarding procedures, care practices, and specific needs of the care recipient(s) they'll be working with.
